Mechanical Cleaning
All of our roof cleans are conducted mechanically in order to physically remove Moss, Algae and Lichen from your tiles. Mount Property Services do not undertake jet washing treatments to roofs as this method can also lead to damaged or dislodged tiles and mortar resulting in potential roof leaks and costly repairs. All our roof cleans are therefore undertaken with mechanical cleaning tools (such as specialised brushes and scrapers) and good old fashioned elbow grease, to leave your roof looking great without impacting on water tightness.
